Our journey started November 2024, and after months of dedication, planning, and a very tight deadline,
Amber officially opened its doors on February 24, 2025.
Amber was founded by three friends from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.
While each brought a unique perspective and style,
we shared one common goal: to create a place where exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and meaningful moments come together.

Our kitchen tells that story. Every dish has been thoughtfully crafted with care, heart, and soul. Inspired by our diverse heritage, the menu brings together East European, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern influences - from vibrant mezes made for sharing and comforting mains to our house-baked bread, prepared fresh with tradition in mind.
In addition, no meal is complete without a cup of our carefully crafted coffee, brewed with the same attention to detail that defines everything we do.
Like many journeys, ours has evolved. While Amber began as the dream of three founders, paths sometimes change,
and some have since moved on to new chapters. Yet the vision that inspired Amber from the very beginning remains unchanged. Its heart continues to beat through the people who are here every day, welcoming guests, sharing food, and creating a place where everyone can feel at home.
